What's it like to go back to regular life as a stroke survivor? Find out in this episode of 404: Brain Not Found featuring speech pathologist, Dr Andy Kilov.
Hi Piers, I’m Joel and a young stroke survivor. Is there any opportunity for me to jump on your podcast for an episode with you and talk all things stroke and post stroke/rehab…? I’m from Melbourne. ? I’ll see if I can find you on social media and add you friend request :)
I think it can be different from person to person. I'm sorry you're pushing through a slow recovery, but I was fortunate to return to 95% of my original capacity within 18 months. I wish you all the best with your own journey.

A quick recovery is unrealistic - I’ll be doing rehab for life. Resilience is the key.
